🧘 Mindful Lunch – Wellbeing Week 🧘

It’s Wellbeing Week at RUSU! Come along for a Mindful Lunch designed to give you a chance to pause, reset and learn a simple mindfulness technique you can use to feel grounded during the busy and stressful assessment period.

And yes — there’s FREE catered lunch! 🥗

📅 When: Tuesday 22 September
⏰ Time: 12pm–1pm
📍 Where: RUSU Activities Space, Building 12, Level 3, Room 59 – City Campus

The mindfulness activity will start at 12pm sharp, so please arrive by 11:45am to check in, grab your lunch and get settled.

Tickets are free, but registration is required so we know how much food to order.
