  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Ruyton Ball 2025

Inclusions
Each ticket includes canapes on arrival and a three course dinner including drinks for the duration of the event. There will be some exceptional musical entertainement, a photobooth, a silent auction, a live auction and more!

Seating
Upon purchasing your tickets, you will be prompted to select your seat. We recommend speaking to your friends who you know are attending so you can all select the same table. We have made the seating map public, so you can search for your friends names and find out where they are sitting. If some one makes a mistake don't worry, we have the ability to make changes for you. Please just contact Emma Harwood (harwoode@ruyton.vic.edu.au) for assistance.
