A La Carte Cutting

Ryan has been in the industry for 17 years. He began his career in London where he started to learn his trade in all things cutting before moving back to Australia
in 2012. Ryan has worked in reputable salons and has mastered his craft in cutting hair behind the chair, on the stage and behind the photographic lens in competitions.

Over the last 8 years Ryan has competed in many competitions and prides himself on cutting hair. He has been a finalist for QLD Hairdresser of the Year and Master Cutter Australia on multiple occasions and this has helped him to hone his skills in the education area of the industry. Education is very high on Ryan’s radar as he finds it is what elevates peoples careers, provides heightened confidence in the salon environment and allows for pushing haircuts to stage or competition work levels.

Ryan will help you overcome your fears in cutting hair or help you excel on building the foundation you have already. This will be a journey for both the client and hairdresser!

Somewhat experienced hairdressers who want to learn the how’s and why’s of all things cutting hair, different techniques that you will be able to use on long or short hair, the different methods will help you build confidence and also grow your clientele.

Cost: $550 per person which includes a mannequin, Achievement Certificate, workbook and lunch

Bring: Scissors, cutting comb, tail comb, sectioning clips, water spray, clippers and attachments, hairdryer, diffuser, thermal tools and brushes
