Ryde and Lower North Shore Wellbeing Collaborative: Showcase & Community Workshop

The Northern Sydney Wellbeing Collaborative invites you to join us to meet your local Neighbourhood Health Hub services, find out what support is available and how to connect with them, and start working on health and wellbeing priorities for your community.

Over the past year, community members, local organisations and services have shared their experiences, knowledge and ideas about health and wellbeing in Ryde and the Lower North Shore. Alongside local data and information, this has helped us identify a number of priorities for the area.

Now, we’re bringing people together to start working on them.

What to expect

Meet your Neighbourhood Health Hub services

Meet the local organisations and services that will make up your Neighbourhood Health Hub. Find out what support they provide, who they support and how you can access their services.

Start working on local priorities

This first session will focus on loneliness and social connection, and finding and accessing local services and support.

You’ll learn about a new social prescribing program in Ryde. The program will help people build social connections and find local services, groups and activities that are right for them.

The guided session will give you an opportunity to share your experiences and ideas, explore these priorities together and learn how you can get involved in the program.

Future sessions will focus on other priorities identified for the area.

Who is this for?

Everyone is welcome - including community members, health and community services, community organisations, local groups and government.

Whether you want to find out what’s available locally, connect with services, learn about the new program or share your ideas, we’d love you to join us.
