Q - How do I register to the event? Click Get Tickets and follow the prompts

Q - How do I pay for my ticket/s? We accept card payment using visa, mastercard or AMEX. 

Q - Can I buy a ticket for my plus one? Yes, you must first confirm with your lead organiser that plus one's are permitted at your event. You may then add up to one guest when booking online at the published student rate. 

Q - How will I receive my ticket? Once registered online you will receive an email of your ticket. You must present this on check-in at the event. 

Q - Can the venue cater for dietary and/or allergy requirements? Yes, the majority of dietary needs may be accommodated with advance notice. Record your dietary needs when booking online.

Q - How do I notify you of mobility requirements? Please contact your main OzParty contact listed above to discuss your needs.

Q - Can we provide our own music playlist?  For sure! Please submit your favourite songs to your main student contact at least 2 weeks before your event date. We will issue to our DJ for streaming during your event. Note we cannot guarantee all song requests will be met.

Q - Is there a dress code? Smart casual. Respectful fancy dress is permitted.

Q - Can we purchase alcohol at the venue? No, this is a strictly no alcohol event. This policy applies to ALL attendees including any guests or plus ones that may be aged 18+.

Q - Can we bring our own alcohol or illicit substances to the event? Alcohol and/or illicit substances are strictly prohibited. Attendees who are under the influence of alcohol and/or are found to be in possession of or taking illicit substances will be refused entry/removed from the event. Pre-entry security checks will take place. In the case that intoxicated, violent, quarrelsome or disorderly behaviour is exhibited by guest/s, security reserve the right to remove the disruptive guest/s from the event without any form of refund or compensation. 

Q - Can we bring our own food or drinks to the event? Food intended to cater for specific dietary requirements may be brought provided we are notified at least 2 weeks ahead of the event date. No other food or drinks are to be brought to the event.

Q - Does this event include transport? No, please ensure you have made arrangements to travel safely to and from the event. OzParty has a variety of fun and safe group transport options, please book online, or enquire for further details.

Q - Are we going to have the best social on record? Absolutely!
