Where is it held?

The ELEVATE 2025 Retreat returns to the beautiful Blue Mountains in Sydney.

We are returning to the same venue from the 2023 Retreat, for a few reasons:

Idyllic Mountain Surrounds
The participants loved having a Retreat where they felt they were "getting away" from the real world. There's no place better than in the majestic Blue Mountains, where you are surrounded by nature.
Exclusive Use of the Site
Blue Gum Lodge gives us the wonderful luxury of having exclusive use of the whole site. They also have incredible conferencing facilities, with multiple rooms that we can tailor for our use.
Camplife without the Camping
Blue Gum Lodge has everything you need for a getaway. There's a pool, campfires and no light pollution (so a blanket of stars each night).

What’s Included?

The AU$950 fee covers:

All conference sessions
On-site accommodation (shared rooms)
Meals and refreshments throughout the event
Access to workshops, expert facilitators and social events

Why Invest in Yourself?

ELEVATE is more than just a Retreat; it’s an investment in your leadership growth. This is an opportunity to refine your leadership skills, expand your perspective, and connect with a community of RYLArians from across Oceania who will inspire and challenge you.

Limited Spaces Available
RYLA Oceania ELEVATE has limited spaces to ensure we craft a high-quality, immersive experience. There are only a set number of beds, and once they're filled, we can't release any more tickets. Secure your spot today.
