We are super excited to launch our new SASS ACADEMY FITNESS APP and we would like to celebrate with you all by throwing an epic outdoor workout starting at the bottom of North Burleigh Hill.

When: Saturday July 1
Where: The Bottom of North Burleigh Hill
What time: 8am-9.00am
What age: Open to all ages!

We will be focusing on a yoga flow to start, a training session by me, followed by abs and booty by Ilana Collins and ending with a breath work & meditation 😌🧘‍♀️.

BYO: A yoga Matt or towel for the meditation and a drink bottle.
