Welcome, beloved friends, to SOMOS - a Day Retreat, where we gather as one to awaken the wisdom within and renew our connection to each other.

This sacred circle is a space of infinite possibilities where men and women come together in harmony and balance to rewire the energies that bind us. We recognise that within each of us resides both the masculine and feminine energies, and our mission is to align these energies so that we can live our lives with greater purpose and fulfilment. Our retreat is a safe and supportive space where we can explore these energies and cultivate greater understanding and empathy towards each other.

Through a series of workshops, meditations, and group activities, we will tap into the deep wellspring of wisdom within us and learn tools and techniques for healing and transforming our relationships. We will dive into the mysteries of our being, discovering the hidden treasures that lie within.

Who we are:

Life & Soul has been leading programs for women for over six years, such as Women Wisdom Circles, retreats for women and programs to support mothers on their first years of motherhood.

Man2Man has been holding fortnightly men’s circles for over three and a half years and have led men into retreats and workshops to connect them back to their hearts.

Our special guest is Flavia Favero, presenting her incredible work in Family Constellations. Flavia will guide us into a journey of acknowledging and honouring our ancestry, allowing us to heal and making conscious choices in our relationships in the future.

We will guide you through this journey with care, compassion, and expertise, creating a safe and supportive space for us to explore and grow. By the end of the day, you'll leave feeling more connected to yourself, others, and the world around you.
