Next Strange Tastes will be held on November 6th and will be a selection of hand crafted local boutique spirits from the creators of Banks and Bloom Distillery!

Having recently taken out the medal for double gold on their Ice Vodka, Silver for their Signature Gin and Gold for their Flux Vodka at the 2024 San Fran Spirits awards, they are kicking goals and impressing home bartenders and industry staff alike. 

With a banging lineup of Australian dry style and interesting Botanical Gins to compliment their delicious ice vodka, they’re fast becoming one of WA’s favourite craft distilleries. 

On the night we will have old school hospo legend Mike Haggard in to dish out some solid spirits so that we can try them on their own as well as in the context of a mixed drink. Paired garnishes will be trialled alongside each nip so that you can pick and mix your favourite combo based on what flavours each expression compliments.

We will also have a fun cocktail special up using their epic Freeze distilled ‘Flux’ Gin and will be showcasing it in a dirty martini style concoction, made expertly with our house olive brine. If you love a savoury beverage this is definitely going to be a night you want to come to!

A delicious selection of snacks will be prepared by our team of kitchen all-stars as always which will accompany the tasting perfectly. Please let us know your dietary requirements beforehand so we can cater to you!

This is a FREE event, however as places are limited, RSVP is essential.

Booking fee of $10 is fully redeemable over the bar on the night. We have implemented this due to no shows that were causing others to miss out but as always, this is an educational experience put on by us, for you!
