An engineering dropout turned entrepreneur and CEO with a passion for turning challenges into opportunities. My journey hasn’t been a straight line; it’s been filled with twists, setbacks, and comebacks. I started out pursuing engineering, only to realise my heart wasn’t in it. Dropping out felt like a setback at the time, but it taught me the value of resilience, reinvention, and trusting my instincts.Today, as CEO of PropHero Australia, I lead a team redefining the property investment landscape. 

I bring over two decades of experience in finance, strategy, real estate, and education, helping clients build wealth with innovative, data-driven solutions. Prior to this, I founded and scaled Cinch Loans to $1.35B in settled loans, earning recognition as Australia’s #1 Mortgage Broker—a journey marked by hard work, sleepless nights, and a single-minded focus on delivering value. Beyond professional wins, I’ve overcome a limb-threatening injury and re-entered the workforce after a career break, learning the power of grit and adaptability. Whether restructuring portfolios, mentoring teams, or building start-ups, every chapter of my career has been about solving problems and creating opportunities.
