The program aims to build resilience in families while building upon pre-existing skills and strengths. This program offers:

A space to share lived experiences and stories with others
Explore ways others have managed and coped with the challenges of traumatic injury
Facilitates collaborative relationships.
Explores strategies for restoring balance and 'recharging the batteries'
Offers information on social and economic resources available

Presenters

Erin Mitchell (she/her), Specialist Social Worker, Care Rehab

Erin has over 20 years of experience in mental health and rehabilitation services, having worked in Sydney, Brisbane, and London. Since 2016, she has specialised in adult neurological rehabilitation and enjoys the challenge of working with complex neurological injuries. Erin also brings extensive knowledge from the paediatric brain injury field, drawing on 6 years of experience working in Kids Rehab.
