South Australia’s Young Chefs — this event is designed with you in mind.
The Australian Culinary Federation South Australia invites all young chefs, apprentices, students, and early-career cooks to take part in an engaging afternoon of sensory discovery at Adelaide Central Market.
We’ll meet at SiSea at 12:30 pm sharp before heading off on a guided market walk, followed by a blind tasting experience designed to challenge your palate and sharpen your sensory skills, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.
This is an opportunity to connect with peers, hear from experienced chefs, and grow your confidence in a practical, real-world setting.

Senior chefs, educators, and industry guests are welcome to attend and support the next generation. Tickets are Members - $50 + GST + booking fee. Non Members - $55 + GST + booking fee
