On behalf of event partners, Core Innovation Hub, SA Zero, City of Adelaide and the Department for Innovation, Industry and Science, we are excited to invite you to the next SA Climate / Clean Tech Sector Meetup event on 12 April at CORE Hub Adelaide in Lot Fourteen.
You will hear from an awesome panel of special guests who represented South Australia at COP28 in Dubai, UAE in December 2023 - including:
- Martin Haese, Chair of the Premier’s Climate Change Council, SA Special Envoy for Trade and Investment for Singapore and Southeast Asia and long-time supporter of climate innovation
- Cate Hart, Executive Director, Department for Environment and Water
- Andrea Bassett, Principal Climate Change Advisor, City of Adelaide
- Marco Salinas, Co-Founder and CEO of Hubble.SH - a participant in the COP28 Climate Tech Global Scaleup Program
- Kale Needham, Founder and CEO of Spiral Data Group - a participant in the COP28 Climate Tech Global Scaleup Program
You will also hear from Sam Dighton, CEO, Committee for Adelaide on the ambitious SA Zero initiative - comprising partners such as: BHP, Commonwealth Bank, CSIRO, Flinders Port Holdings, RAA, Green Industries SA and University of Adelaide.
This event is for climate / clean tech startups and scaleups, investors, mentors, customers, scientists, policymakers and advocates for innovation in sustainability and decarbonisation.
We also welcome anyone who is curious about learning more about this exciting and fast-growing sector.
