The SA/NT Committee invites you to their panel discussion to talk about the benefits of CIPS membership, the different types of membership, pathways to MCIPS, how you can get involved, what is FCIPS and how do you achieve this?
We will have a panel of recently qualified MCIPS professional to answer your questions about the different MCIPS pathways, and a presentation from an FCIPS representative.
Charlotte Payne and Chris Iliadis from CIPS will talk about the benefits, resources and how you can get involved, as well as representatives from the Branch, Advisory and Volunteer Committees to discuss their involvement.

Speakers:
Charlotte Payne - General Manager, ANZ CIPS
Passionate about developing procurement and supply capability for a better world. Charlotte leads a passionate team dedicated to raising the capability of procurement and supply management in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Charlotte has been part of CIPS for nearly 20 years and throughout that time has worked with a range of organisations within the public sector, private sector, as well as NGOs and education providers to further the profession around the world. She has worked in the UK and Europe, China, South Africa, Botswana, Ghana, Malawi and Zambia as well as Australia and New Zealand. She attained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham and holds MCIPS Chartered Professional certification.
Chris Iliadis - Head of Business Development, ANZ CIPS
A strategic leader with 20 years’ experience in business development, leading teams and developing strategic and innovative client solutions, Chris is the is the Head of Business Development at CIPS and brings a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector. He is passionate about building and solidifying customer relationships and delivering results for clients.
Adam Glenn - Senior Consultant, ArcBlue
Adam Glenn will be speaking on the MCIPS panel under the MER process
Adam has strong procurement, contract management and stakeholder relationship skills that have been acquired across an 11-year career in procurement and supply chain management. He has led a number of strategic high-spend healthcare and infrastructure procurements from the acquisition planning stage through to contract award, confidently leading multi-disciplinary evaluation teams to deliver quality commercial and operational outcomes. With proven experience managing complex contracts, Adam is able to monitor contract spend, undertake detailed contract analysis to identify opportunities for operational, financial and contractual improvements. Having held numerous sourcing, contract management and advisory based roles, Adam has broad experience within the procurement and contract management lifecycle. As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS), Adam is accredited to deliver optimal results within the procurement and supply chain field.
Lee Houlson - Commercial Director, KBR Government Solutions
Lee Houlson will be speaking on the Volunteers Panel
Lee is a highly qualified and experienced procurement, commercial and risk professional. She has 30 years of experience across defence, aviation, construction, resources and infrastructure industries, leading both commercial and procurement functions. Lee has held general manager and head of commercial and procurement roles in several defence primes, including BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin, and is currently Commercial Director at KBR where she had responsibility for both the operational and functional aspects for commercial, supply chain and procurement.
Lee is also a long-term active member of the Australian Commercial & Procurement community being a member of relevant professional bodies, including as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (FCIPS), former member of CIPS Global Congress and more recently the CIPS Volunteer Engagement Steering Committee.
Brooke Locke - Senior Procurement Consultant, Think Tank Consulting Australia
Brooke Locke will be speaking on the MCIPS panel under the Corporate Award Program
Brooke is a dedicated and results-oriented procurement professional with extensive experience in all phases of the strategic procurement life cycle across both public and private sectors. She possesses a strong capability in collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to deliver end-to-end procurement projects within time-critical and complex regulatory environments. With a focus on procurement optimization projects, Brooke holds an MCIPS certification, a Bachelor's degree in Business, and a Diploma in Project Management.
As a Senior Procurement Consultant at Think Tank Consulting Australia, she is committed to driving efficiency and value in procurement processes while also supporting the advancement of women in the field through her role as Secretary on the committee of Adelaide Women in Procurement.
Shannon Bottrell - Director of Executive Sourcing, Acuity Partner
Shannon has been an expert in and advocate for the procurement industry for 18 years specialising in supporting organisations in building their procurement structures/teams and individuals in shaping their careers. Acuity Partners has for nearly 12 years been a trusted partner to both SA and national organisations to provide transparent, informed and highly consultative services in this space. As a passionate volunteer Shannon has now served 10 years on the SA / NT CIPS committee and a year in Victoria and is a founding member of the Adelaide Women In Procurement committee.
