Event description

Come to this free capacity building workshop!

It was made by people with intellectual disability for people with intellectual disability.

You will talk about:

  • Your strengths
  • What makes you happy
  • Setting goals
  • Your good life.

This workshop is for adults with intellectual disability (18 years and over).

Support people and carers are welcome to attend.

This workshop will run for 2 hours. There will be a 10-minute break halfway.
