Join me for the second of a seven-part workshop series, where we'll explore centering the Sacral Chakra and activate this area through somatic yoga, meditation, and sound healing. You'll also learn practices to unlock your creativity, honour your emotional fluidity, and nurture your sense of pleasure and wellbeing.

Have you ever felt a desire to deepen your emotional intelligence, feel connected to your creative self, or enhance your pleasure and joy in life? These areas are all governed by the Sacral Chakra, known as Svadhisthana in Sanskrit. The Sacral Chakra is the second of the seven chakras. It is located just below the navel, right in the center of your lower belly and in your back it is located in the lumbar spine and associated with the colour orange and the element, water.

This is a "come as you are" evening. I encourage you to get extra cozy and join us in your athleisure, bring your pyjamas to change into so you can drift off into a dreamlike theta state to start your week rested.

🌟 Suhaniya (she/her) is a Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer trained in a wide array of yoga styles and holistic practices. Her teaching journey began in 2019 with her first teacher training in the spiritual heartland of Rishikesh, India, where she honed her skills and journeyed further on a path of self-discovery. As a South Asian woman, Suhaniya has a deep reverence for the roots of yoga, and its profound philosophical underpinnings enrich her teachings.

She is also dedicated to making yoga accessible to all, emphasising modifications and individualised guidance to ensure every student feels supported on their unique yoga journey.

Suhaniya is equally fascinated by the power of Sound to soothe the body and help individuals enter a meditative state, which she does through her individual and group sound healing sessions.
