Sacralicious | One Day Retreat for Sacral Chakra Activation

We are very excited to invite you on a special journey exploring your sacral chakra. Through movement, breath, sound, connection & pleasure, you will re-discover your sacral chakra.

WHAT IS THE SACRAL?
The second chakra is an energetic place where the element of water is flowing. There is an awareness of the 'other'. Desires arise and we long to unite, long to overcome the space between us.The sacral chakra is all about change! Change is produced by the constant interaction between our two polar forces - yin and yang, the feminine and the masculine, heaven & earth.


ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
We will be exploring the dance of polarities through movement, meditation, discussion, solo & group exercises, arts & creation and more. Together we will dive into the realms of the sacral chakra, learning how to let go and flow. By the end of the day you will feel more connected to yourself and others, on a deeper level of unity and bliss. The day will be divided into two parts which both contain practical tools to manifest more creativity & pleasure.The first part of the retreat will focus more on our individual self, using breath techniques & meditation exploring our physical body in space.The second part of the day will focus on our sexual essence. We will tap into the flow of pleasure in our body while also understanding our boundaries and desires.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Your facilitators for this healing journey are Shira & Yael.Yael is a passionate yoga & meditation instructor, a yoga therapy student and a reiki healer. She finds a deep sense of connection to the earth & nature. She believes that true connection with it can heal us. Yael focuses mostly on chakra healing through touch & sound. Get ready to dive in!Shira is a teacher & an MA student of cultural studies. She is an educator in the field of conscious relating, mysticism and ancient and esoteric knowledge. Guided by the belief that the flow of eros energy plays a huge part in the process of healing. She is an advocate for living a life full of pleasure and bliss.Her purpose is to share knowledge from her research, to help people discover the divinity within.
