You are lovingly invited to join Beck Hall for Sacred Alchemy — a ceremonial space to reconnect, realign, and remember the stillness that lives beneath the noise.

As we sip the sacred medicine of Spirit Cacao, we open the heart’s doorway and drop into presence. With each breath and gentle movement, we soften through Yin Yoga — allowing the body to release, the mind to quiet, and the soul to speak.

This is a journey of your inner universe.

• Slow yin to melt tension and awaken the body
