    Event description

Join Us for a Sacred Ancestral Dinner

You are invited to attend our first Sacred Ancestral Dinner & Connection hosted by Elaine Gast Fawcett, a sanctioned Mesa Carrier through the Pachakuti Mesa tradition and shamanic practitioner with a deep reverence for the natural world. Each person brings a dish to share—representing a family tradition or something a deceased ancestor loved to eat. After everyone settles in around the bonfire, Elaine will guide us through a shamanic journey where everyone can connect (or imagine connecting) with their ancestor(s). Everyone will have the opportunity to share memories, family stories, ancestral lineage, or whatever you are comfortable sharing from your spiritual heart. We will hold space for any healing. As the meal concludes, everyone will make an ancestral plate as an offering to Spirit that will be left out in the woods with sacred intention for critters, an offering to other life in need. We will gather again around the fire to draw an oracle card for additional guidance from our ancestors and close our evening with drumming and a final meditation.
