Join us in a nourishing afternoon of ceremonial cacao and Sacred Breath Work. In this 2.5-hour immersion Rochelle will gently guide you through a heart-centred cacao and intention setting ritual, grounding meditation and Sacred Breath Work Journey. Sacred Breath Work is a type of conscious connected breath work which aims to regulate our nervous system. It incorporates a mix of breath, sound and movement and through this process the body is able to somatically unwind. Participants may have a range of experiences such as, deep relaxation and meditation, emotional release, entering a dream-like state where there are visuals and feeling different sensations in their body or the need to move or make sounds.

Meet your facilitator - Rochelle Fyfe

Hi, I’m Rochelle. I was born in Sydney but travelled, worked and lived in many places overseas before calling the Central Coast home. During my travels I found myself loving destinations that were full of old cultures and traditions, spirituality, nature and adventure! This really changed how I saw the world and when I returned home to Australia, I felt a massive disconnect here.

That’s when breath work found me. After diving into many different types of spiritual and holistic healing I tried a sacred breath work journey and my world changed. For the first time since I had been home the chatter in my mind and anxiety completely diminished and I knew I had to share this medicine with the world.

3 years later after immersing myself into my craft I am now a 400hr certified trauma informed breath work facilitator with Sacred Breath Academy. I love to bring an element of sacredness to our sessions and focus on nervous system regulation. Through a mix of meditation, sound, breath and movement I guide participants through a deep journey into themselves where they can reconnect with their own body’s wisdom and allow space for deep healing.
