Join me for a fully guided breathwork experience by certified breath practitioner Gianna Martino.

2.5 hour workshop on SUNDAY OCTOBER 1ST at 6PM to deepen your relationship with self, others, the present moment and expand our capacity and become more resourced.

Sacred Breath Method- a nose inhale approach for deep unwinding and healing.

What to expect;

~Conscious connected breathwork combined with sound. You will be guided through a transformative and experiential self-healing practice

~ Tools to reduce stress, anxiety & move trauma stored in the body to create safety.

~Connection and movement practices

~ Intuitive bodywork & touch, a key element in soothing muscle tension & body armouring

~ Deepen connection with your body, mind and regulate nervous system

~ Guided support

What to bring;

~ Water bottle
- Yoga mat
~ Thin pillow (optional if you like under the head)
~ Eye mask (optional if you know you prefer)
~ Wear comfortable clothing~something you can move freely in
