    Event description

A women’s circle is a sacred and safe place for women to come together, to connect in storytelling, express emotions and self reflect. It is a place to be seen and heard and to see and hear in return - all without judgment. This space connects you to your feminine energy, allowing you to be vulnerable. When we are vulnerable in safe places, we open the door for change, growth and healing. Our modern way of living often lacks the space for deep connection to ourselves, our feminine and the women around us. Our culture disconnects us from our strength, wisdom and inner beauty. Let us sit together in this ancient tradition and rediscover the necessity of vulnerability in connection, coming back to ourselves and reclaiming our inner power.

Expect an evening where you feel seen, heard, respected and connected. You’ll leave with a full heart, feeling nurtured, fulfilled and alive. These are common words used by women who connect in circle. The evening will include variety of ritual and ceremony designed to help us connect - We will start with a tea and linage ceremony before moving on to setting the intention for the evening and opening the circle where we will share our stories and at the end of the evening after the circle is closed there will be an opportunity for some embodiment movement, a sound healing and finishing with the opportunity to connect in conversation over a shared treat. There is no obligation in circle - everything given is by choice and how you participate is entirely up to you. You may feel drawn to attend and simply listen, rather than share your own words - All is perfect in the moment and welcome.

WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle, something that makes you feel grounded (essential oil roller, blanket/fav jumper), journal and pen and some foliage or flower from your garden to add to the mandala. In homage to a traditional women's circle please feel welcomed to bring a plate of food to share if it is your love language (there is absolutely no obligation to do this).

WHAT TO WEAR: Comfy clothes that allow free movement and an open mind and heart
