Welcome to Sacred Circles for Mum's of Spirited Kids!

I initially created these for myself because I wanted to meet other mum's of neurodiverse kids, who understood the difficulties faced when parenting these headstrong, beautiful kids and most importantly, didn't judge me.

Being from the UK with no family support and a challenging ex to co-parent with, I felt completely alone, terrified how my kids would turn out.l, because I just couldn't cope with my youngest (I believe he is on the spectrum and ADHD) and I was always angry or upset, believing I was theworst mum in the world. My daughter is ADHD and I believe I am too, so the struggle was real!

Fast forward a couple of years and I feel like I deal with my kids and my anger so differently. We still have meltdowns and moments, I don't know if that will ever change! But what's changed is my understanding of my kids AND how I feel inside. I'm calmer, kinder and am learning to be more flexible. This has flowed through to my kids, who are also handling their emotions so much better.

If you're like me and are the parent of a neurodiverse child eg: ADHD, autism, sensory issues, gifted, etc... (so many labels!) you can often feel like a complete failure and like you're constantly being judged. (When its probably you, who is your harshest critic!)

YOU ARE NOT ALONE MUMMA!

These Circles are for mum's to share freely in a safe, non-judgemental space where we can support each other and be heard, seen and lifted.

We focus on us and where we are at, what triggers are coming up for us in our parenting journey and look at ways to calm our nervous system. This will help us to heal, and ripple out to our kids.

Every Circle will be different and you will not only learn tools to help you stay calm in the face of danger (it can honestly feel like that at times - if you know, you know!) we also meet other like-minded mums (& possible new play dates for our young ones!) and get to practice what we learn.

There will be an ongoing Whatsapp group to stay connected 💖 and support each other.

These Circles are so empowering and uplifting, and just what we really need, but may not have realised!
