Sacred Connection: A Women’s Embodiment & Cacao Gathering

Return to your body. Be met in presence. Held within sisterhood.  

There is medicine in being held by other women, an invitation to return to your body and awaken the feminine life force within. To then turn that energy outward, toward presence, intimacy, and nervous system co-regulation with your sisters. No performance. Only what it means to be deeply human, held in safety.  

What to Expect

• Cacao Ceremony: Opening the heart, moving inward.  

• Embodiment: Awaken your feminine life force through movement, breath, and senses.  

• Connection: Intimate relating, playful games, and tender care received.  

• Sound Therapy and Rest Puddle: Cuddle into fur blankets and drift through a deep sound journey.  

• Chat Time: Shared food, stories, instruments, and song.  

Everything here is an invitation. Come as you are. Leave feeling connected, nourished, and remembered.
