ABOUT YOUR HOST

Hi, I’m Kat. My love for creating fun & conscious spaces for people to connect comes from a long journey of healing my own people pleasing & a life where I stayed quiet to keep the peace. I'm passionate about giving other people experiences where they come home to themselves & feel safe to show up in their true authenticity.  

As a Mastery Method trained Life Coach with the Institute of Coaching Mastery I am  trained in Somatic, Behavioural, Emotional, Mindset & Unconscious work. I have been coaching 1:1 and running connection events & experiences for 3+ years at festivals across Australia and internationally, as well as running these events in various locations on the east coast in VIC, NSW & QLD - wherever I travel.
