Sacred Contract Women's Circles

This month's Sacred Women's circle will focus on Shadow Work. 

This particular circle is a powerful and transformative gathering where participants explore their shadow—the hidden or suppressed parts of themselves to confront, integrate, and heal aspects of their personality that they may have disowned. Shadow work can lead to a greater self awareness. emotional healing, self-acceptance, and a deeper connection to one's authentic self. 

What to expect... A safe, non-judgmental space for vulnerable exploration and healing through meditation, journaling prompts, an introduction to exploring our triggers, projections, and ultimately forgiveness and integration of our shadow self.  

This Circle is powerful. It can open up a side of yourself that you never knew existed and propel you to a unique way of making peace with our deepest held wounds or traumas. 

Our circles always end with a delicious afternoon tea (please let me know of any food intolerances). 

These monthly women's circles are boutique and only available for 8 participants.
