Sacred Contract Women's Circles

Our second Women's circle will focus on Shadow Work. This particular circle is a powerful and transformative gathering where participants explore their shadow—the hidden or suppressed parts of themselves. 

Shadow work helps individuals confront, integrate, and heal aspects of their personality that they may have disowned, leading to greater self-awareness and emotional freedom. Shadow work can lead to personal growth, emotional healing, self-acceptance, and a deeper connection to one's authentic self. 

What to expect... A safe, non-judgmental space for vulnerable exploration and healing through meditation, journaling prompts, exploring our triggers, projections, and ultimately forgiveness and integration of our shadow self.  

This Circle is powerful. It can open up a side of yourself that you never knew existed and propel you to a unique way of making peace with our deepest held wounds or traumas. 

You will have the opportunity to work with me one on one for a unique Chakra balancing Massage experience should you wish to explore Shadow work further.
