Event Preparation Details:
We are thrilled that you’ll be joining us for this unique outdoor between the fig trees dance/meditation experience, where nature’s elements will guide and enhance your journey. To ensure you are fully prepared and comfortable, please bring the following:

• Water: Stay hydrated and refreshed throughout the session.
• Journal & Pen: A space will be provided for reflection, so bring a journal and pen to capture any thoughts, feelings, or insights that arise.
• Pillow: A pillow or cushion to sit on will enhance your comfort, especially if you plan to meditate or engage in seated activities.
• Yoga Mat: please bring your yoga mat for added support for meditation experience.
• Open Heart: Come with a spirit of openness, allowing yourself to fully engage and embrace the experience.

Important Notes:

• Allergies: Kindly inform us ahead of time if you have any allergies, particularly to food or environmental factors. We want to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all participants.
• Dietary Restrictions: Please let us know if you cannot have honey or almond milk, so we can accommodate your needs and provide suitable alternatives.

**The car park is the best access near Benalla skate park. Walk down to the big Fig Trees into Jaycee Island.
