Soulshine presents Cacao/ Sound and Ecstatic Dance journey.

Hello beautiful souls,

I’m excited to share with you another of my loves and that is dance. It’s such a beautiful way to release stuck energy within one’s body and fill it back with fun and love 💕 

The energy around this first Full moon of the year is fun but may also bring up issues around ego.  Whether that be yours or someone else’s around you. We are reminded to be humble under the influence of this Leo moon. Key words to work with under this Full Moon in Leo are Humility, Healing, Big Lessons and Exuberance. Leo the attention seeker/ actor or diva has a tendency to be flamboyant so what better way to express that than through ecstatic dance whilst remaining grounded to Mother Earth with Cacao. 

Full moons are a time to let go. If you or someone around you has been acting out of an inflated ego, It’s time to forgive yourself or them and let it go. 

I invite you to release and heal under this lunation through Cacao and Ecstatic dance so you can release all that doesn’t serve you to learn the lessons you need to learn at this time. 

We will sit together In ceremony and nourish our bodies with Mumma Cacao. We will then take part in a releasing exercise and write down everything we need to let go of and send it to the fire. The rest is transmuted from the body by expressing ourselves through dance. You don’t need to have dance skills to participate. Just listen to your body and be guided by your heart. But most of all, have fun 💕

We will ground out all that energy and release with a short sound healing to finish.
