Sacred Feather 🪶 women’s circle

Come together with women from your community to be seen and heard and held. 

Together we join in circle and share and hold space for other women to share what’s on their hearts. 

We share a mini breathework session to activate the group and participate in some ice breaking activities.

We then pass around the talking stick and hold space for each other to be vulnerable and speak about what’s on our hearts. 

We join in some embodied dance movements before integrating the whole session with a sound bath to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system for deep rest and repair on a cellular level.
