Tucked away in the serene heart of Ubud, this intimate women’s retreat invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to your deep inner knowing. Reconnect with the calm, vibrant, radiant part of yourself that longs for space, stillness, and soul care.

Join us for seven nourishing days surrounded by nature, soulful practices, and conscious sisterhood. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, ritual and rest, we soften, replenish, and remember the wisdom we already hold.

 What’s Included:
• 6 nights accommodation at Swasti Eco Cottages, Ubud
• Organic breakfast, lunch & dinner lovingly prepared (dietary needs catered for)
• 2x Yoga classes (morning and evening in a divine, clean airconditioned studio)
• Guided meditation, breathwork & mindfulness
• Feminine ceremonial practices and sacred ritual
• Time in noble silence to deeply listen inward
• Use of all yoga props including mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets
• Full use of the saltwater pool nestled in lush tropical gardens

Swasti Eco Cottages is a tranquil eco-sanctuary set amongst organic gardens, featuring a peaceful saltwater pool, holistic spa, and onsite café with nourishing cuisine sourced straight from the land.
• Traditional Balinese rooms with A/C & private bathrooms (yes, air conditioning!)
• Shared or Private rooms available (private upgrade available at additional cost)

Together, Kate and Laura bring over four decades of experience in yoga, sacred feminine embodiment, breathwork, meditation, and somatic healing. Grounded yet deeply intuitive, they hold safe, compassionate space for women to reconnect to their inner flame — with wisdom, lightness, and heart.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I come alone?
Absolutely – many women do. This is a beautiful space to meet like-minded souls and feel supported just as you are.

Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. All levels are welcome, and practices are lovingly adapted to meet you where you are.

Is this retreat for women only?
Yes – this is a women’s retreat. (An all-genders retreat is planned for 2026).

Can I have a room to myself?
Yes – a limited number of private rooms are available for an additional fee.

What if I have health conditions or injuries?
If you have medical clearance to travel and participate, you’re most welcome. We will send a health questionnaire prior to the retreat so we can care for your needs gently and appropriately.

I have dietary requirements – can you cater for them?
Yes — vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other allergies or intolerances can all be accommodated with care.

When does the retreat begin and end?
• Arrival: from 2:00pm Monday 17 November 2025
• Departure: 10:00am Sunday 23 November 2025

What is the cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of $700 holds your place on the Retreat. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else. For cancellations with more than 30 days’ notice, partial refunds may be offered depending on circumstances.
