SACRED FLOW Ecstatic Dance with Cacao Ceremony is a beautiful and embodied healing journey of meditation, movement, music and medicine.
Cacao is a vibrational plant medicine, raising the frequency at which we resonate. Opening the gateway to the sacred heart space, where truth and unconditional compassion illuminate our way, Cacao assists us in releasing fear, insecurity and guilt, facilitating a deeply grounding connection to ourselves, and with those sharing the journey with us.
Upon arrival, you will receive a cup of sacred ceremonial Cacao, lovingly prepared by your hostess, Angela Jelita (DJ AnJel). Angie will guide you through a sacred cacao ceremony to open your heart and allow healing to commence.
As the Cacao medicine moves through you, Angie will take you on a sound journey as we experience Cacao's beauty and healing magic through meditation, movement and dance. With wireless headphones on, you will feel truly immersed in the sound experience and dance like no one is watching, together. At the end, you will be able to relax and receive healing and nurturing Reiki energy from Angie.
If you would like to join but don't wish to drink ceremonial cacao, please know that you are so welcome! We will provide a delicious herbal tea for you and you can still honour the spirit and energy of cacao and enjoy this sacred and special time for you. - A bottle of water
- A yoga mat or blanket to lay down on
- A journal and pen if you wish
- An open mind :)
Please wear comfy clothes that you can move freely in and arrive 5 mins early to receive your cacao and headphones and settle into the space.
