Join us for an experience like no other, a deeply restorative journey held in the serene bushland of Clagiraba Gold Coast. Float gently upon the creek’s tranquil waters as nature holds you in her embrace.
Be immersed in a symphony of healing sound led by Sandy from Harmonic Sanctum, guiding you into deep relaxation and inner harmony. Meanwhile, Mark from Salt Light n Soul weaves together Reiki, crystal healing, shamanic and energy work to clear stagnation, restore balance, and invite lightness and clarity back into your being.
Let the water carry away what no longer serves you and return to your natural flow, refreshed, realigned, and renewed.

Important Information:
Preparation: Please note the floating sound bath is held in a natural creek and when getting onto the floating beds you may get a little wet. Please wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up or bring a change of clothes.
Physical Requirements: Access to the creek you will be bare foot and on a loose rocky surface. Participants will be assisted on and off the floating mats but please keep in mind the mats are on water and can be a bit Shakey. Basic swimming skills are essential for safety.
Weather Considerations: As this is an outdoor event, it is weather-dependent. In the event of adverse conditions, sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled, with full refunds issued

- What is this event?
Sacred flow is a floating sound bath & energy healing event. Participants will relax on a float in a natural creek in the beautiful bushland of Clagiraba, surrounded by horses and an abundance of native wildlife. Sandy from Harmonic Sanctum will create a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and Mark from Salt light & Soul will provide deep healing through energy alignment.
- What is a floating sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote deep relaxation and healing. This session is done while floating on an inflatable mattress in a creek in the beautiful bushland of Clagiraba.
- What is energy alignment?
In this session Mark blends Reiki, crystal healing, and shamanic energy work to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional release. Through gentle touch or intention, the use of natural crystals, and earth-based healing techniques, the body is guided out of stress and into a calm, restored state. Suitable for both beginners and experienced participants, this holistic approach supports balance on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
- What are the benefits of a sound bath and energy alignment?
Sound baths can reduce stress, improve sleep, support emotional release, balance energy, deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and enhance overall wellbeing. Energy alignment supports deep relaxation, helping the body move out of stress while calming the nervous system and quieting the mind. Many people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, emotionally balanced, and deeply at ease.
- What do I need to bring?
For comfort please consider brining the following: -Towel -Anything for extra comfort e.g small pillow -Water -An eye mask -Sunscreen & Bug repellent
- What do I wear?
As this is in a natural creek, shoes that can be easily removed and put on are ideal as your feet will get wet when stepping in the creek Please also wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up as they may get wet when getting on and off the float in ankle deep water.
- Will I be swimming?
No, we definitely hope not! As a safety requirement due to you being on a float on water we require all participants to have basic swimming abilities and practice water safety in the very unlikely event that you fall into the water.
- What happens if it rains?
In the event of adverse conditions, sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled, with full refunds issued. We will not be able to tell if the session will go ahead until the day of the event as with gold coast weather it changes hour by hour. We will provide as much notice as possible in the event of the session being cancelled. Harmonic Sanctum will keep all participants updated via email the day before and via text the day of the event,
- When will I be notified of the address?
The address will be listed on your confirmation email after purchasing your ticket. A reminder email will also be sent the day before the event.
- How many people per session?
To maximize the healing and sacredness of the event we only have 5 participants per session.
