You are warmly invited to gather in a sacred circle devoted to presence, connection, grounding, and inner listening.

After a little time away from holding these gatherings, it feels very special to open this ceremonial space once again — with love, reverence, and deep respect for the medicine, the forest, its guardians, and the ancestral wisdom carried through these traditions.

Together, we will slow down and step away from the noise of everyday life, creating space to return to the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with what is present within.

At the heart of this ceremony is Hapé, a sacred medicine traditionally used by Indigenous peoples of the Amazon. Hapé is often worked with as a medicine of grounding, cleansing, focus, and connection. Its presence can support us in becoming more centered, bringing awareness to our intentions, and creating space for stillness and deeper reflection.

Rather than seeking a particular outcome, this ceremony is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Each person’s experience with the medicine is unique, and the space will be held gently and consciously, allowing everyone to move through their own process in their own rhythm.

Throughout the ceremony, there will be moments of stillness, integration, connection, and intentional presence, supported by a carefully held environment and medicine music.
