You are invited to join us for a space of community and connection through sound healing and breath work. Join a community of like-minded people in a safe and nurturing environment. You can expect deep relaxation, emotional release, spiritual connection, and renewed energy.

What we will do :

Breath work, to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system…

Sound bath, to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and bring the body back into homeostasis…

Sacred Conversations, a safe space to debrief and bring the magic of group work together…

yoga mat

a journal and pen
