Celebrate the transition from the quiet stillness of winter to the vibrant rebirth of spring with our two-hour immersion: Sacred Harmony: Spring Awakening. This special event is designed to guide you through a transformative experience that aligns with the new season’s energy.

Begin with Yin Yoga, where you'll gently ease out of winter’s hibernation. We will combine pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and asanas (postures), enhanced by a deeply healing Soundbath, as you open up to the freshness of spring. This practice will help release the remnants of winter and prepare your body and mind for new beginnings.

Yin yoga is performed on a mat with the use of various props. The majority of postures will be experienced lying down, on hands and knees, or seated on the mat.

Crystal Singing Bowl Soundbath will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and integration. The harmonious vibrations of the crystal singing bowls will help you absorb the energy of the season and solidify your intentions, ensuring you step into spring with balance and vitality.

Next, engage in a Cacao Intention-Setting Ceremony. This sacred ritual uses ceremonial cacao to open the heart and set powerful intentions for the new season. As the rich aroma envelops you, you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your aspirations and embrace the season of growth with renewed clarity and purpose.

Our Ceremonial Cacao is dairy-free, gluten-free, and organic. Mixed with organic maple syrup and coconut milk.

What to Bring:
~ Wear comfy clothes
~ Water bottle
~ Extra blanket, eye pillow (optional)
~ Journal for reflection (optional)

All yoga props - mats, bolsters, blocks, etc. are provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

IMPORTANT: Please arrive at least 10min early to ensure our scheduled start time. May not be suitable if you are pregnant, are injured, or cannot spend an extended period of time on the floor. All tickets must be made through the Humanitix website. No ticket sales made at the door.
