This 2hr Sacred Harmony Immersion has been carefully curated to guide you on a journey inwards and provide you the space to reconnect with your true Self. You will do so, through a gentle restorative yoga sequence and yoga nidra guided meditation, accompanied by a sound healing.

Restorative Yoga- Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice that involves gentle poses held for extended periods. The majority of this class will be performed on the floor (mat) with the support from props- blankets, bolster, blocks. The aim of this immersion is to gently open and stretch your body, whilst focusing on deep breathing to help melt away any stress and/or tension stored in your body and mind. By allowing these blockages to melt away, you are then able to travel deep within the inner workings of your mind and body to listen, learn, and reconnect with your true Self.
Perfect for beginners, or anyone looking to unwind and recharge.

Yoga Nidra- Yoga Nidra is often referred to as "yogic sleep", offering a rejuvenating experience that can leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. It is performed lying down comfortably on your mat in Savasana (final resting pose). It can promote stress relief, inner peace, and a deeper connection to the present moment. Our Inner Journey Yoga Nidra invites you to explore the depths of your consciousness whilst remaining in a state of deep relaxation. Through gentle guidance, visualisation, and breath awareness, you’ll be able to release what no longer serves you and experience profound inner peace.

Reiki-Infused Sound Healing- Elevate your spirit with the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls as their soothing sounds, woven throughout the session, will help guide the journey within. The tones produced by singing bowls are believed to have therapeutic effects, promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress, and creating a sense of harmony and well-being within.

Reiki* energy and intention will be gently blended into the sound healing, enhancing the healing journey.

The Harrington Function Centre is located next to the Library in
the IGA shopping complex.
