Sacred Healing Space

Welcome into The Sacred Healing Space,
This is a resting and restorative place, where we can come home to ourselves in loving, non-judgmental and compassionate ways. As we learn to slow down, deepen in our embodiment, soften & safely take up space in all that we are and all that we hold; while nourishing and nurturing our mind, heart, womb, body, energy and soul. It is a conscious space where we are provided the opportunity to feel fresh air and the room to breathe. To experience being heard, held, understood, connected and seen. As we celebrate, honour and lovingly embrace ourselves, our stories, our lineage and other women/s. 

In this respectfully guided space, we share, inspire and open our hearts to the journey of self-discovery, self-awareness and innate knowings. Through a variety of devotional practices, group work, ritual and ceremony; that gently lead us into the remembering of our own medicine, wisdom and nature. Here you are invited to explore the reconnection to yourself and nature alongside other healing women, as we each weave and walk our pathways back home together. 

Experience the facilitation of somatic therapies, land connection, guided energy work, compassionate self image, journaling, seasonal rituals and ceremony, guided embodied processing, restorative meditation, sisterhood practices, feminine embodiment teachings, and a building of supportive resources to further deepen into your individuality. 

The intention is for every woman to feel and experience safety and belonging. For all aspects and fragments of 'woman' to be lovingly embraced.

● This sacred healing space is intuitively created and tailored to the group of women who gather on the day. As our meeting and timing is in divine alignment always. No one circle is the same.

This is a place for all women,
of all ages from 18+, from all walks of life.
The sacred container for this space will start at 1pm and finish at 4pm. (They may at times finish a little sooner, but i like to allow the space in case they run over.) They are held at Zen on Elliott. The address is: 174 Elliott Heads Rd, Kepnock QLD 4670.

What you can wear and bring:
Comfortable clothing, water bottle, journal and a pen.
Light refreshments and herbal tea are provided.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Kaleena is a feminine embodiment practitioner, somatic space holder and energy worker with training in: somatic education for women; trauma informed embodied processing; global sisterhood circle facilitating and the feminine embodiment arts amongst many other things. Her work is intended to bring women together in compassionate presence to find true connection, self discovery and opportunities for alchemy, harmony and healing. Her hearts vision is to provide a sanctuary for women to connect back with themselves and embody more of their qualities that have been suppressed, hidden or denied. Sharing and teaching a range of resources that can support them in building and practicing the safety and capacity to be their authentic selves.
