The first day is an experience for women beginning to become curious about the connection to their innate Relationship with water or this could be your first experience. The first day you have the opportunity to get your feet wet and immerse yourself with the benefits of what water brings to your body. This is a two session experience so be prepared to attend the morning and evening session. The evening session will consist of integrating and embodying what you learnt about yourself and how that relates to your life in your relationship with water. There is also a full moon which we will discover some new tools to add to your list of goals that you would like to achieve for the coming year 2025.
