Sacred Heart Breathwork and Sound

Join me for a sanctuary of renewal and reconnection, where you are invited to soften, breathe, release, and immerse yourself in a sacred heart Breathwork Journey.

Holding you safe on your passage of self-discovery, guiding you from my heart to yours, helping you connect with your truth, sacredness, and inherent worth. This is an opportunity to experience the healing power of your breath, allowing yourself to be guided on a journey within.

Breathwork is a powerful tool and transformative practice that reconnects us with our hearts, resets our nervous system, and fosters inner strength, guidance, peace and joy, while releasing old layers and limiting beliefs.

Live sound will be woven throughout the event, helping you to further surrender. Feel the resonance of instruments such as crystal bowls, rain sticks, chimes, shamanic drums, and more as they create a symphony of healing around you, taking you deeper on your journey within.

Each day, we have the power to choose the energy and vibrations we wish to embody and share with this world.

What to bring

- Please bring a Yoga mat and small towel/ sarong to cover the provided bolster. Blankets also provided. 

We suggest participants to only partake in a light meal beforehand as eating a heavy meal may make it uncomfortable to fully engage in the breathing exercises.

This session is not suitable if you have any of the following health conditions

- History of Stroke

- Cardiovascular/ Heart conditions

- Strong Current or past Trauma (I strongly advise 1 on 1 sessions for high trauma cases)

- Severe mental health issues

- Please let us know ahead of time if you are pregnant or have another other health issues.

- I understand I cannot attend this event if I have Flu like symptoms.
