Included in the pricing is accommodation, all food (vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free), 1 x 60 min massage, daily yoga sessions, sound healing, an art session (painted mandala rocks) and meditation

We have a welcome pack valued at over $300 that goes out 4 weeks before the retreat with a few items including a copy of Do Less by Kate Northrup, a deck of oracle cards by Rebecca Campbell, super greens and collagen to take to prep body for the gentle detox over the retreat weekend, a rose quartz, a yoga towel, some bath salts and a journal, just to name a few of the goodies.

A day on retreat.....what does the schedule look like?

There are 2 sessions of free time, with some planned activities if you need something to do, or just time to explore, read, chill out.

630am : Morning Agni Hotra meditation and grounding connection then meet on the deck - start day with "happy water" (fermented turmeric, apple cider vinegar and lemon) and head out on a 60 minute walk in the beautiful surrounds of Nannup forest.

730am : green smoothies

830am : prepare for yoga session

9am : Morning yoga 90 mins

11am : morning snacks plus free time : in this time book in your 1 hour massage, read, explore the surrounds, take some photo's of the many birds that live at the hideaway, have a beautiful decorated face embellishment done, paint a mandala rock, have a sauna.....

1pm : lunch

2pm : free time : in this time book in your 1 hour massage, read, explore the surrounds, take some photo's of the many birds that live at the hideaway, have a beautiful decorated face embellishment done, paint a mandala rock.....

4pm : Meditation, women's circle and yoga nidra

530pm : Agni hotra sunset ceremony

6pm : dinner

7pm : Sound healing / women's circle ceremony / cacao ceremony

Accommodation is twin-share however there is a $300 pp supplement for anyone who wishes to have their own bedroom. Transport to/from the retreat is at your own discretion (directions will be provided).

Once you purchase your ticket there will be a short series of questions to ensure that we cater for everyone and information on what to bring.
