When we sit in circle within an energetically protected space and savour sacred cacao we allow ourselves to drop into our heart-space. This heart-space connection allows us to be fully present and embodied in our physical bodies. When we are fully present we can easily feel grounded and connected to the Universe. In this connected state, we can receive insights into past experiences, current situations, or past lives. We can also experience energy shifts that support gentle healing from these experiences.

Please note: We will be seated on comfortable cushions on the floor. There are a couple of chairs available if you are not comfortable sitting on the floor.
