Freedom Goddess; A Chakradance Sacred Inner Journey

Join passionate chakradance facilitators; Dani & Rose in this very special and unique collaboration which weaves together the beautiful healing shamanic journey of the freedom series with the potent energies of the sacred Goddesses. 

Facilitating only 3 workshops in 2024, experience the deeply immersive potent energies of our Body, Heart & Soul.  

Chakradance is a gentle, therapeutic movement practice which integrates meditation, free expression, mandela art with guided visualisations and specially composed music - co-created between Natalie Southgate and Dale Nougher.  Honor your inner wisdom and deep knowing, in a deeply held sacred circle with a small group of beautiful like minded souls!

Workshop 1: Sunday September 15 - BASE CHAKRA FREEDOM & GODDESS KALI

We focus on the vibrant rich red energy of the base; our foundational roots.  Join Dani on a journey to meet your Elder and spirit animal.  Feel your sacred connection with mother earth, the solidness of your physical body & the support of your tribe/ancestors.  

Then join Rose on a journey to connect with Goddess Kali, the mother of death & re-birth;  release & let go to create space for the new

Workshop 2: Sunday October 27 - HEART CHAKRA FREEDOM & GODDESS KUAN YIN

Heal the buried hurts in your heart and begin to open yourself to love and kindness with the loving light of the emerald green heart energy. 

Be guided by Dani on a journey to meet a loving angel to hand over the heaviness in your heart and bring healing to yourself and others.  Then join Rose on a beautiful dance with compassionate Goddess Kuan Yin; to reveal the beautiful lotus flower of light, love and compassion that sits ready at your heart.

Workshop 3: Sunday December 1 - CROWN CHAKRA FREEDOM & GODDESS ISIS

Join Dani on this meditative dancing prayer to receive the universal love, grace & wisdom.   Move with your divine expansive soul. 

Then journey to meet the Egyptian Priestess Isis, the Goddess of divine magic & alchemy. Invite your soul to soar with strength, protection & guidance for your spiritual/soul journey.

Experience the energies of the base, heart and crown immersed with the healing energies & vibrations through colour, crystals, healing sound, divine music, gentle guidance, essential oils and nourishing snacks.

All materials for the mandela art creation provided - take home a special crystal and chakra balancing mist with you.
