From the beginning of time women have gathered in circles – to share stories, to celebrate rites of passage, to create, heal, support, to connect with the sacred, and to simply ‘be’ in each other’s presence.

The theme of this circle is: Cultivating Gratitude.

During our circle we will experience facilitated discussion and circle sharing, guided meditation, movement, creative processes, & above all, an opportunity to connect and refuel with other kind-hearted and like-minded mothers, like you!

This Sacred Mama Circle with Tanya is a 'taster' to a 4 week circles series that I am offering in November.

This circle is for mothers at any stage in their motherhood continuum - pregnant, a brand-new mother or have older children or grandchildren. As this circle is created for you to replenish and reconnect with yourself, it is a child free event. However babes in arms are welcome.*
