Sacred Mantra and Sound Healing: A space to restore balance in body and mind.

Join us for a nourishing session that combines the healing power of sacred mantras with gentle sound healing. Through the recitation of precious healing mantras and the soothing vibrations of traditional instruments and meditative soundscapes, participants are invited to experience deep relaxation, inner calm, and renewed balance.

Sound and mantra are powerful healing tools in Tibetan medicine, traditionally used to calm disturbed wind energy (rLung) — the subtle force linked to stress, anxiety, overthinking, and emotional imbalance. Through sacred sound, mindful breathing, and mantra recitation, we can cultivate greater calm, clarity, grounding, and emotional wellbeing.

This session is open to everyone, whether you are new to meditation or have an established spiritual practice. It offers a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself, cultivate inner peace, and support overall wellbeing.
