A women’s circle (female-identifying) to honour & celebrate the wisdom of the feminine cycle, woven with the rhythms of the moon.

We begin our journey on the Winter Solstice — the darkest night of the year, a powerful time for rest, reflection, and planting seeds deep within. From this sacred starting point, we’ll move through the four phases of the female cycle, mirrored by the phases of the moon. Each week invites in a new energy invoked through yogic practices, ritual, and reflection.

Every gathering closes together over warm ceremonial cacao & a selection of specially designed plant-based cakes, created to nourish your body, inspired by each phase that we’re in.

This is a space to tune into your own natural rhythm. You don’t need to have a menstrual cycle to take part - we honour the moon as a mirror of our cyclical nature. Every body, every cycle is unique and different. We celebrate the ever-changing, flowing nature of the feminine and lean in to the sweetness of life - through ritual, connection, cacao & cake.
