Sacred Mornings - 31 May

Price $24 – $28 AUD + BF Get tickets

Event description

Sacred Mornings are once-a-fortnight, Friday morning gatherings to restore and inspire. Led by Danielle Dominguez, publisher, writer and yoga teacher, you will be guided through one hour of yogic breathwork and meditation, creative and personal journalling and some gentle movement.

We will come together in the beautiful space that is The Sacred Nest, getting out of our heads and into our bodies to access our innate creative spirits within a small, intimate group.

This yoga meets creativity experience is open to all.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a journal, pen and yoga mat (this is optional, as we will only be moving for a short time). Please also ensure you arrive 10 minutes earlier to settle yourself into the space.

Location:  The Sacred Nest is located at the corner of Ayr and Ailsa Street, Ascot Vale VIC. (Enter via the old brown door with the vine on Ayr Street)

Please visit www.dandomitravels.com for more information.
