Backpack with Toiletries, spare clothes and any sacred items for our Mandala / Alter.

What we provide

Hammocks & mattress' in sacred ceremony space.
Blankets and Pillows.
Lush organic Snacks during the ceremony & concluding ceremony.
Extensive Intergration as required for each guest.

How to prepare

2-3 days before arriving we expect our participants to begin a detox of their body.
Firstly to begin spending more time in nature, less technology & mindfullness practices.
Think about your WHY in journeying with these sacred medicines

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, processed foods, sugar, and heavy meats. This helps purify the body and can deepen the experience.
Opt for whole, plant-based foods, with an emphasis on fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.

Strictly no medications, or other sacred plant medicines in this time; including Ayahuasca, Toad, Marijuana, Tobacco or Vaping.
& NO alcohol.

Share any medical history or mental health concerns with us beforehand.

On the Day of ceremony - we recommend not to fast all day.
Nourish your body to allow more energy in the evening. From the afternoon you can fast for 6 hours prior to ceremony with herbal teas (provided) and fruit juices.
