Then this Sacred Newborn Mama Circle is for you!!

From the beginning of time women have gathered in circles – to share stories, to celebrate rites of passage, to create, heal, support, to connect with the sacred, and to simply ‘be’ in each other’s presence.

‘Sacred Newborn Mama Circles with Tanya’ is an opportunity for mothers - pregnant or within newborns (within the first year) to experience beautiful heart-centred CONNECTION, to be held within COMMUNITY; and to feel CELEBRATED on our journey.

During these circles we will experience:

Facilitated discussion & circle sharing;

Meditation & mindfulness practices;

Movement & dance; and

Creative processes – such as art making & journaling.

Nourishing refreshments will be provided.

WHO:

This circle is for pregnant mamas and mothers with a babe under 12months - and it doesn’t have to be her first!

Babes in arms welcome.
