An invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember

Dear Beautiful Soul,

Give yourself permission to slow, soften, pause and allow.

Lets gently rebel (if only for an evening) together against a world that glorifies the constant rush, busyness and box ticking. Sometimes even our spiritual practice and self care routine can be another nagging 'to do' that takes us away from presence.

Your nervous system is calling for something different. Your body is craving gentleness, softness, stillness. Your spirit is longing for space to simply be.

Not to achieve, not to change, not to become 'better' - simply to be, EXACTLY as you are.

This June, based on my own recent practices and deep soul enquiry - I'm holding space for a small gathering of women who have a deep desire to honour their need for sacred rest.
